Terms and Conditions
Thank you for allowing me to be a part you your celebration! Please make sure all details on your invoice is correct before paying. Once an invoice is paid I can not guarantee changes to the order. Invoices not paid within 48 hours will be canceled and the date will no longer be on hold for your order.
Pick ups are on Fridays from 5-7 PM or Saturday at 10 AM. There is a rack under my back porch that will be out with orders on them during that time frame. The address for pick up is 101 Glen Abbey Way, Alabaster.
Return and Refund Policy
Orders are non refundable due to their custom nature. If there is an issue with your cookies once you have picked them up, please let me know immediately! I take great pride in all orders that go out the door and want you to love your cookies! I will need the cookies returned in their packaging to examine and hopefully fix any issues. If there are any issues I can not fix in time, at my discretion, I will offer a partial refund or credit for future order!
